Rasoi is the culmination of the hard work and efforts of a husband and wife team –  Vineet and Rashima Bhatia.

“Food for me has always been an adventure but professionally it has also been about putting Indian cuisine in the forefront, on a podium and at par with some of the most beautiful culinary creations out there.
It has been about staying connected to my culture, digging the traditional roots, exploring the rich Indian history and then taking it further, evolving it and at the same time releasing it from copper lined bowls onto a plate -combining different techniques, regions, flavours and textures.”
